So your schedule post is too far down: did you ever read Secrets of the Baby Whisperer? 'Cause what you're doing is very close to what she talks about - you're obviously good at reading Ben's cues to know why he's fussing - she might just give you the little tweaking a flexible person like you needs. Not super high structure, just a little more predictibility in your day. You're doing so great!
