cream cheese overload

so do you ever order a bagel and cream cheese from tim hortons? what's with the amount of cream cheese that they put on those? it's shocking. i scrape off enough cream cheese for maybe 3 more bagels. is this just at my local TH? or is it at yours too?

It's everywhere....I think they must be trained on how to waste cream cheese.

Now they all need to go back to that same uni to learn SpeedyService 101.

I always try to remember to ask for a plastic knife when I order a bagel to make the scraping off of the cream cheese a bit easier. Sucks when you go through the drive thru and forget to ask for the knife.

Perhaps you should start ordering bagels with a friend, with one person ordering a bagel with no cream cheese, and then share?

It really is everywhere. I'm with Rachel. I always asked for a knife, but when I forgot would try to scrape it off with the napkin... it was gross. Maybe that's the reason I now ask for buttered bagle at TH.

If you ask for cream cheese on the side (and a knife) you can add your desired amount of cream cheese. Yes, it takes more time, but then you don't have to find a napkin to hold all the excess cream cheese you just scrapped off.
