the Icefield Parkway

there are a few ways to get from Banff to Edmonton and one of those ways is the highway called the Icefield Parkway. it goes from Banff to Jasper through the Rockies. it may not be the fastest way...especially because you keep stopping and walking up pathways that promise to lead to spectacular sights...but it has beautiful scenery. if you're ever in Banff heading north, i'd recommend paying the park fee and driving on up because there is nothing like the Canadian Rockies. these photos don't do them justice.
